As such, Dr. Jackson practices an integrative psychotherapy that incorporates a variety of approaches, including behavioral, cognitive, emotion-focused, and interpersonal methods. During early sessions, he works with clients to develop a clearer picture of their concerns and may include the use of brief tests or questionnaires, when appropriate.
